LWS Reflex is part of the Logistex group of companies. Logistex has been developing warehouse management systems and other software specifically for the logistics industry for more than 30 years, meaning it is a name that you can trust.

Meet the Team

Scott has been with Logistex since 2006, having also been a customer using a Logistex WMS. Using his operational background and extensive knowledge of Reflex, Scott is involved with projects from the initial design phase right up to onsite training and go live support. In his spare time Scott teaches the Highland Bagpipes at a local private school.

Reflex Test and Implementation Team Leader

Sue is the Systems Architect on the Reflex team. Her role is to interpret clients' requirements and tailor the Reflex product to meet these. Sue has 30 years of experience and has worked at Logistex for 3 years. Outside of the office, Sue used to play tennis at the same club as Roger Federer!

Neil designs, writes and supports the Reflex software from conception through to delivery. When not in the office, Neil likes fast cars and long walks.

Geoff is an experienced software engineer. He has been coding as a hobby since he was four years old and developing software professionally since 2001. Prior to joining Logistex, Geoff worked in the financial sector. He has an eye for detail and a passion for making things work. Outside of work, Geoff is a keen photographer and spent ten years as the (un)official match photographer for Woking RFC.

Tess is a Biomedical Engineering graduate from Lund University in Sweden, who found a passion for software development during her studies. A few years back Tess met her partner who is from the UK and has recently moved here. In her spare time, she enjoys learning languages; Tess knows some Japanese, Korean and Spanish.

Josh has recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with an MComp in Computer Science for Games and now works within the Reflex team as a Graduate Systems Engineer. Outside of the workplace, Josh is an avid motorcycle rider and motorsports fan; regularly attending race meetings throughout theyear, with the dream to one day compete himself.
